Prime Projects International
Prime Projects International (PPI) is a rapid turnaround project management
company with headquarters located in Dubai UAE. Additionally, the company
holds registered offices in the UK, Qatar, Kenya, Thailand, Seychelles,
Philippines, Singapore, Japan & Miami.
The company was established in 2001 to tackle a major US Government
project. The company comprises mainly UK and European expatriate managers
and a labour force originating from the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
PPI has established a leading market position tackling projects in challenging environmental and political locations and has mastered the ability to react, mobilise, complete and provide ongoing support with greater speed, value and efficiency than competitors in this sector.
The company structure achieving this is unique. In practice, PPI draws upon unparalleled team working and focus towards a common goal. Competitor companies struggle to operate outside of regular hierarchical structures and few other directors would be found involved at all levels of such a large and established company.
Geographically, PPI operates in Dubai, Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Guantanamo Bay, Djibouti, Japan, China, the Philippines, Seychelles, and Thailand.
The branch offices enable international business operations with extended procurement, labor resources, and logistical capabilities through an effective global network.
The company’s current focus lies in the Middle East, Far East, and Africa. PPI ranks among the largest second-tier contractors in the Middle East and has been supporting the requirements of the U.S. military directly, as well as major contractors such as Halliburton, KBR, Fluor, IAP, URS, Perini, Parsons, EGG, Lockheed Martin Co., BAS Systems, and other primary contractors.
PPI has established a strong presence in the Middle East and Africa, with major operations coordinated from Dubai. The company is now expanding into large-scale construction activities, equipping its units with advanced construction equipment, technical expertise, and enhanced resources to manage projects of greater scale and complexity.
Strategically located to handle both existing and new business opportunities, PPI maintains a focus on emerging markets and blue-chip clients, supported by the expertise and resources necessary to tackle projects with challenging and highly technical requirements.
